Delivery & Returns

Our Rooftop Tent Sheets are custom-made to suit the dimensions of your mattress, giving you a snug, secure fit without the excess fabric of regular household sheets.

Made from 100% cotton, our sheets are soft, breathable and durable, while being easy to wash and care for — perfect for camping and life on the road.

How to Order

When placing your order, please provide the length, width and depth of your mattress in the “Add instructions for seller” section.

If your rooftop tent mattress has an unusual shape, rounded or angled corners, please include all relevant measurements. You're also welcome to email us a detailed drawing and photos of your mattress to help us achieve the best possible fit.

Smart Tip: Check how much clearance your rooftop tent has when closed. Bulky bedding and excess fabric can make some tents more difficult to pack down, so our snug-fitting sheets help keep unnecessary bulk to a minimum.

Zip-Off Sheet Care

When laundering zip-off sheets, we recommend placing them in a washing bag to help protect the zippers and fabric.

Please take care when removing or refitting zip-off sheets. Damage caused by excessive pulling, stretching or accidental tearing during removal or fitting is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any repair costs associated with damage caused in this way, including postage to and from Drifted Off, are the responsibility of the customer.

Guarantee

We take pride in the workmanship and quality of our products. If your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Custom-made sheets cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or incorrect measurements supplied at the time of ordering.

Delivery

We deliver our custom caravan and camping bedding products nationwide.

Returns

Drifted Off takes pride in the workmanship and quality of our products. We will gladly replace any faulty item that does not meet these guidelines.

Our returns policy allows for product returns within 30 days of purchase days for accidental or faulty orders. Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or exchanges outside these 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
