Our Custom Queen Caravan Sheets are made to suit the individual dimensions and shape of your mattress, giving you a snug, secure fit without the excess fabric of regular household sheets.

How to Order
When placing your order, please provide the length, width and depth of your mattress in the “Add instructions for seller” section.
If your mattress has an unusual shape, curved or angled sides, rounded corners or cut-off corners, please include all relevant measurements. You're also welcome to email us a detailed drawing and photos of your mattress to help us achieve the best possible fit.
Smart Tip: When measuring your mattress, include any mattress topper you plan to leave on the bed. Measure the total depth from the top of the topper to the bottom of the mattress so we can make your fitted sheet to suit your complete bed setup.
Zip-Off Sheet Care
When laundering zip-off sheets, we recommend placing them in a washing bag to help protect the zippers and fabric.
Please take care when removing or refitting zip-off sheets. Damage caused by excessive pulling, stretching or accidental tearing during removal or fitting is not considered a manufacturing fault. Any repair costs associated with damage caused in this way, including postage to and from Drifted Off, are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made sheets cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or incorrect measurements supplied at the time of ordering.

Returns
Drifted Off takes pride in the workmanship and quality of our products. We will gladly replace any faulty item that does not meet these guidelines.
Our returns policy allows for product returns within 30 days of purchase days for accidental or faulty orders. Unfortunately, we do not allow returns or exchanges outside these 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds are granted in special circumstances, including:
- Items returned not in their original condition
- Damaged items
- Items missing parts by no fault of Drifted Off
- Items returned outside the 30-day delivery grace period
